Full-time

Once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a building-mechanical (HVAC) engineer: join a hyper-growth company, unleash your creativity, and help us improve comfort while decarbonizing buildings. Key role, outstanding work environment, dream team, real-world challenges, and ingenious solutions for all types of commercial projects.

This role is a unique opportunity to be involved in many areas of the company, including problem solving, design solutions, training and technical support for building-mechanical (HVAC) engineers and our distributors; participation in multiple associations; producing case studies; and contributing to R&D for new products.

As a building-mechanical (HVAC) engineer and air-distribution specialist, your main task will be to support our network of manufacturer’s reps and building-mechanical engineers in their designs—through product selection, performance simulations, or by answering technical questions.

You’ll be the go-to resource for air diffusion and for bringing creative solutions to engineering or architectural challenges, leveraging our unique portfolio of innovative products and our selection and performance-simulation software.

You’ll deliver technical webinars and product training sessions, in person or online, to an audience made up primarily of building-mechanical (HVAC) engineers.

You’ll be involved in the R&D of new products that improve air mixing, thermal comfort, and the energy efficiency of ventilation systems. You’ll also contribute to projects in energy-efficiency analysis, fluid dynamics, and thermal analysis.

You may work with universities and research centers on advanced research projects or on validating product performance.

You’ll be an active member of several associations, including ASHRAE, to stay current with new and upcoming standards and to represent the company within these organizations.
